Check it out gang, all the way from Red Lion Hotel in Olympia, WA on Saturday, July 17th 2010, braddah Troy wins big with a bench press of 645lbs! (what does that even LOOK like?!)
Braddah Troy is originally from Oahu, but moved to Oregon, and has lived there with his family for quite some time now. He says all his hard work, dedication, and the support of all his friends and family helped him take take first place in his division. (I’d like to think that his NO AKU BIRDS! shirt had something to do with it.) Either way, congratulations Troy! Your hard work got you this far - and 700lbs is right around the corner.
Good luck at the next meet, and remember, don’t be an AKU BIRD! - even in the gym! Put the weights back when you pau!

Big mahalo to braddah Jason out at the Aloha Tower “Build the Track” show & shine. You’ve probably seen him and his International Scout all over the island. Don’t let the look of his rig fool you, this thing is a BEAST! He’s had to rescue lots of those other “pretty rigs” - the ones with all the BLING!
Anyhow, give me a call Jason, I’ll hook you up with more stickers… looks like this one has been through enough!

Braddah Jamie and his crew know how to enjoy their Memorial Day weekend - NO AKU BIRDS! style!!! He might be out in S. Cali, but they do it just like us out here in the 808.
